Holiday Shipping Deadlines
Will your items arrive in time? We recommend having your order placed as early as possible!
The Post Office's holiday shipping deadline for first-class mail is December 17th.
Due to the current heavy loads and large delays of carriers, we unfortunately cannot guarantee arrivals by certain dates this year. Once the package is transferred to the mail carrier, there's simply not much we can do.
However we CAN guarantee that we will continue to ship quickly as orders come in, and that any orders placed by December 16th will be in the mail by December 17th, the USPS Holiday Shipping Deadline
An Important Note Regarding Tracking Information
We always send you tracking information so you know when to expect your order. However right now there are multiple issues with USPS tracking across the country you should be aware of.
- In many cases, packages are not getting scanned as "received" by local offices for several days after the post-office has received them from senders.
- Some packages have been delivered before being marked as "received" by the post office.
- Some packages have been marked delivered, several days before they are actually delivered.
- Packages have been deemed "lost" by carriers when contacted, only to show up in mailboxes a couple days later.
When you receive a shipping notification from us, please know we have hand-delivered your package to the post office, in less than 24 hours. Even if the tracking link is showing differently.
